certified life coach for children

Supporting Children (Ages 6-16) Through Life's Challenges

I partner with parents to create an in person or online space for children (ages 6-16) to feel supported, understood, and cared for. I love helping the whole child: their social and mental health, spirituality, values, school, home life and communities to not just cope but flourish amidst life’s challenges and everyday stressors.

These challenging life circumstances may be and are not limited too: Divorce, blended families, grief support, relationships (peer, parent, sibling), school avoidance behavior, self-image, confidence.

Homebuilders Facilitator

When families walk through grief, loss, or major life transitions like divorce and separation, children are often left carrying emotions they don’t yet have the tools to process. HomeBuilders steps into that gap—equipping kids with age-appropriate skills to navigate their big feelings, build resiliency, and begin healing in a safe, supportive environment.
